At Rolling Fork Dr, we built a two-story addition featuring two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a sunroom with an upper-level deck, and a bathroom renovation, enhancing both space and functionality.

The sunroom features a flat EPDM roof, large windows, recessed lighting, and LifeProof vinyl flooring, creating a bright and inviting space. Above, the 214 sq. ft. deck includes Trex composite decking, black metal railing, and a stormwater drainage system for durability and comfort.

The addition also includes brick veneer walls, a gable roof with matching asphalt shingles, and upgraded HVAC for efficient climate control. The bathroom renovation featured a walk-in tiled shower, niche storage, a new vanity, and updated plumbing, modernizing the space.

This project enhanced the home’s living area, increased comfort, and harmoniously integrated with the existing structure.
