At Looking Glass Ln, we completed a two-story addition of approximately 1,200 sq. ft., featuring a sunroom, media room, bedroom, deck, covered porch, and a new bathroom, enhancing functionality and value.

Project Highlights:

• Sunroom: Large windows, engineered wood flooring, recessed lighting, and a 10’ wide sliding door.
• Breakfast Room: Partition wall addition with new windows and recessed lighting.
• Media Room: A raised platform for seating, LED recessed lighting, low-voltage wiring, projector outlet, and 7.1 speaker system wiring for an immersive experience.
• Bedroom: Carpet flooring, egress window, walk-in closet, recessed lights, and TV plug.
• Deck: Pressure-treated lumber structure, wooden railing, Trex decking, and screened enclosure.
• Covered Porch: Vinyl soffit ceiling, recessed lights, fan connection, and matching fascia & gutters.
• Bathroom Addition: Converted a closet into a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, vanity, tile flooring, and new plumbing connections.
• Exterior Finishes: Installed asphalt shingles and vinyl siding to match the existing house for a seamless look.

This project expanded the home’s living space, improved functionality, and blended naturally with the existing structure.
