At Clovercroft Preserve Dr, we constructed a 20’x25’ sunroom with a vaulted gable ceiling, a 10’x5’ wet bar, and a 15’x15’ concrete patio that seamlessly integrated with the existing home.

Project Highlights:

• Sunroom: Features brick exterior, vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and LifeProof vinyl flooring. Installed two 48”x72” picture windows, four 48”x72” single-hung windows, and a 36”x80” full-lite glass door for ample natural light.
• Wet Bar: base/wall cabinets with a granite countertop and sink connected to the existing plumbing.
• HVAC: Installed a new 1.5-ton Goodman HVAC system with five supply vents and a return, running on natural gas heating and an electrical cooling system.
• Concrete Patio: 15’x15’ stamped concrete patio with a reinforced fiber finish.
• Additional Features: Matching vinyl soffit, fascia, 5” gutters, and asphalt shingles for a seamless look.

This project expanded the home’s functionality, providing a bright, climate-controlled space, a stylish wet bar, and an upgraded outdoor patio for year-round enjoyment.
