At Copperstone Dr, we converted an existing screened porch into a fully enclosed sunroom (210 sq. ft.), enhancing functionality and year-round comfort. Structural upgrades included new beams, piers, and concrete footings for stability. The space features a hardy plank exterior, recessed LED lighting, a fan connection, and motion flood lighting.
