At Albemarle Ln, we built a sunroom with large windows, tile flooring, and skylights, creating a bright and comfortable living space. The sunroom features a standing seam metal roof, full-lite double doors, recessed LED lighting, and efficient insulation. Since matching brick was unavailable, we applied a custom brick stain to blend with the existing home seamlessly.

To complement the addition, we constructed a 10’ x 14’ composite deck with Trex decking, wide stairs, and pressure-treated lumber for structural support, providing a durable and stylish outdoor area. This project expanded the home’s functionality while enhancing comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term value.
