Overview:
The construction of a new poolroom will provide a dedicated indoor space for bathroom and storage. Designed to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels, the space will include a 10′ x 20′ pool room, a 5′ x 10′ bathroom, and a 9′ x 14′ storage room. A mini-split HVAC system will ensure proper climate control and moisture-resistant materials will be used to enhance durability and longevity.
Scope of Work:
This project involves a monolithic foundation, structural framing, waterproofing, HVAC installation, plumbing, electrical work, and interior/exterior finishing. The pool room will have safety features such as non-slip flooring and proper drainage. The bathroom will include essential fixtures, and the storage room will provide organized space for pool equipment. All work will comply with local building codes, and required permits will be secured before construction begins.
