Overview:
This project involves the interior buildout of a 1,623 sq. ft. shell space to create a modern and fully functional barbershop. The space will include barber stations, a break room, and a restroom, with new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to support operations. The design will comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and ADA standards for accessibility and efficiency.
Scope of Work:
The buildout will include non-load-bearing walls, new power and LED lighting, and plumbing for shampoo stations, sinks, and restrooms. Fire safety measures will feature a fire alarm system and two-hour fire-rated tenant separations. Interior finishes will incorporate stained concrete flooring, rubber base trim, and painted gypsum board walls, with a mix of exposed and suspended ceilings. Exterior work includes site grading, asphalt paving, concrete walkways, and drainage enhancements to improve accessibility.
This project aims to deliver a high-quality, inviting barbershop that meets functional, aesthetic, and safety standards, ensuring timely completion within budget while adhering to local, state, and national regulations.
