At Toddington Ct, we built a new deck (12’x39’) and a screened-in covered porch (12’x29’), leaving a small open deck area (12’x10’) for outdoor use.

Project Highlights:

• New Deck Construction: Built new deck with composite decking, pressure-treated 2”x10” joists, 6”x6” piers, and concrete footings. Features a 5’ wide staircase with a 5’x4’ aggregate landing.
• Screened-In Porch: Constructed with pressure-treated 6”x6” columns, a matching metal roof, and a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling. Fully screened with a 32” storm door for access.
• Electrical & Features: Installed two ceiling fan connections, a dedicated electrical circuit for a hot tub, a bug-protective screen under the deck, and matching gutters, soffit, and fascia.

This project enhanced the home’s outdoor space, providing a durable and functional area for year-round enjoyment.
