At Sakari Cir, we completed a two-story addition featuring a sunroom, a second-floor library, a finished crawl space, and a concrete patio. The project also included interior enhancements such as a bar, island, built-in library rack, electric fireplace, and new HVAC.

Project Highlights:

• Sunroom (20′ x 16′): Designed with large windows and LifeProof vinyl flooring, providing a bright and comfortable living space.
• Second-floor library/Bonus Room (20′ x 16′): Features recessed lighting, ceiling fan connections, new windows, and LifeProof vinyl flooring. The space includes quartz countertops, cabinets, a wine rack, and a sink and ice maker. Built-in bookshelves and a 40” electric fireplace enhance functionality.
• Finished Crawl Space (20′ x 16′): Equipped with insulated walls, concrete flooring, a weather-protected 32”x60” access door, five small windows, electrical outlets, and lighting for added usability.
• Exterior Finishes: Completed with matching brick or Hardie plank siding, asphalt shingles, vinyl soffit, fascia, and 5” gutters, ensuring seamless integration with the existing home.
• New HVAC: Installed a 2-ton Goodman split system for enhanced climate control.

This addition expanded the home’s living space, providing a modern and functional extension while maintaining architectural harmony.
