At Macallan Dr, we completed a home addition featuring a new master and kids’ bathroom, enhancing functionality and comfort.

Project Scope:

• Construction: Built on an 18′ x 21’6″ monolithic foundation with a gable roof and brick exterior to match the existing home.
• Master Bathroom Addition: Includes a walk-in shower, tub, toilet, vanity, and closet for a spacious and modern design.
• Kids’ Bathroom Addition: A walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity are conveniently connected to the kids’ bedroom.
• Renovation: Converted the old master bathroom into a kids’ bedroom, adding a new egress window and closing the existing master bath doorway.
