At Lanceford Ct, we built a screen room connected to the first-floor living room, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor transition. The screen room features a tough screen with aluminum framing, a 36” access door to the composite deck, recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan for enhanced comfort. Below, at the basement level, a concrete patio was installed beneath the deck, adding a functional outdoor space.

This project expanded the home’s usability while blending seamlessly with its existing structure.
