At Palm Warbler Dr, we converted a covered porch into a sunroom with large windows, vinyl flooring, recessed lighting, and HVAC integration, blending naturally with the home. Additionally, we built a screened-in porch with a high-quality screen, a 32” access door, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and a TV mount, creating a functional outdoor retreat. Extended concrete work and new gutters completed the project, enhancing both indoor and outdoor living spaces.
